Terms & Conditions

The Prana Connect service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Partnership Agreement:

Engagement is conditional upon signing a formal Park Service Agreement with Prana Leisure Group, committing both parties to a minimum 12-month rolling contract. This ensures a long-term, collaborative approach to achieving mutual business objectives.

Commission Structure:

Prana Leisure Group will receive an agreed commission on all sales generated through our comprehensive sales and marketing efforts. This commission is based on gross sales profits after cost deduction and is payable only once the partner company has received payment from the customer, ensuring alignment between both parties’ financial flows. Timely payment of Prana Leisure Group’s remuneration is required as per the terms outlined in the agreement.

Availability of Plots:Availability of Plots:

The partnership is contingent on the park having a sufficient number of available plots for sale over the course of the 12-month period. The success of our strategy depends on a steady supply of plots that meet market demand.

Stock Requirements:

Adequate caravan and lodge stock must be available for sale throughout the season in order to meet agreed sales targets. The quantity and quality of the stock should align with market trends and customer preferences to ensure optimal sales performance.

Sales & Marketing Control:

Prana Leisure Group will oversee and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the entire duration of the contract. This includes full management of advertising, promotions, and customer engagement to ensure that sales objectives are met. Full cooperation with Prana’s team is required to maintain the effectiveness of this strategy.

Profit Guarantee:

The guarantee of achieving at least 10 times your marketing spend in gross profit is dependent on the following conditions: •Availability of a sufficient number of plots and stock to meet the sales targets. •Full cooperation with Prana Leisure Group’s sales and marketing plan. •Adherence to the agreed timelines and terms outlined in the partnership agreement.

Sales Presence:

In certain cases, depending on the specific agreement, a Prana Leisure Group sales manager may be required to be present on-site at the park for 3-5 days per week to facilitate sales and customer engagement. This condition will be outlined in detail within the signed agreement, where applicable.

Timely Remuneration:

Prana Leisure Group’s commission and other remunerations are payable promptly after the partner company has received payment for the completed sales. Timely payments are essential for the continuity of our partnership and adherence to the agreed terms.

Other Conditions:

Additional terms and conditions may apply based on the specific nature of the partnership. These will be addressed individually in the signed agreement, tailored to the unique requirements of the park.
